Initial Deposit & Reservation: Fees paid on our website represent an initial deposit or design reservation fee. This payment secures your project intake slot and initiates the preliminary design review process.
No Physical Commodities: We do not supply, dispatch, or sell physical goods or standard retail inventory. Physical returns or product exchange policies do not apply to our custom services.

2. Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

Before Design Work Commences

Full Refund Eligibility: If you submit a cancellation request via email within 24 hours of placing your design reservation, and prior to submitting your project intake form or before our design team has commenced preliminary layout analysis, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial deposit.

Partial Refund / Administrative Fee: If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours or after our team has begun reviewing your submitted spatial details, measurements, and project requirements, the initial deposit is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative allocation and professional time spent evaluating your project requirements.
Completed Custom Deliverables: Once final custom spatial design plans, storage layout blueprints, or digital project reports have been compiled and delivered to your designated email address, no refunds will be issued for the completed service.

Design Adjustments: Every custom service package includes dedicated design review rounds (as specified during initial consultation) to adjust layout proposals, storage recommendations, or structural concepts.
* Accuracy of Client Inputs: If design adjustments are required due to inaccurate room measurements or incomplete details provided in the initial intake form, additional revision fees may apply.
